We are in the process of editing our vitamin K handouts in response to the recent controversy surrounding vitamin K. We are still in the investigation of the research at this time. If your baby did not get the injection of vitamin k at birth, we are at this time, suggesting your baby be given 1 mg of vitamin K oral supplement once a week until they reach 3 months of life.
